American Government

In American Government students will learn why government is important to the successes and failures of the worlds nations.  We will learn how gvernments are classified and how we can compare American Government with others around the world.  We will have in depth look at the Constitution and its creation.  We will then study each of the three branches of government and what powers each hold.  We will examine the election process, the checks and balances system, relations amoung the states and finish the year with a look at the judicial process by having a mock trial.
